Anker SOLIX power stations in Colorado
Anker SOLIX's F3800 Plus is a strong plug-in 240 V station, and its E10 system pairs batteries with a matching fuel generator managed from one app, a useful combination for long Colorado outages. Its E10 battery warranty is unusually specific about capacity.

Warranty
E10 power module: 5 years. B6000 battery: 5 years or 15 MWh of throughput, whichever comes first, with at least 60% of original capacity retained during the warranty. Power Dock, Smart Inlet Box, metal pad and wall bracket: 10 years. Smart Generator 5500: 3 years. F3800 / F3800 Plus and BP3800 expansion batteries: 60 months. Registration is optional and coverage does not depend on it. Coverage needs proof of purchase from Anker or an authorized reseller and is for the original purchaser only. Exclusions include damage from extreme temperatures or 'extremely low air pressure', and products taken out of the country of purchase. No certified-installer requirement is stated in the warranty.
Altitude
No altitude rating or derating is published for the E10 or F3800 Plus. The E10 warranty excludes damage caused by 'extremely low air pressure' but does not define it.
Cold weather
F3800 Plus: charge 0 to 40°C (32–104°F), discharge -20 to 40°C (-4 to 104°F). The E10 and B6000 operate from -20 to 55°C (-4 to 131°F). The B6000 has a heating film that switches on below 15°C (59°F) and off above 20°C (68°F). Charging power is limited in cold and heat, with full speed between 15 and 55°C.
Monitoring and the app
Anker app over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, for both the E10 and the F3800 Plus (the IoT button turns on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi). The E10 app also sends Smart Generator maintenance alerts. Anker does not say whether Bluetooth-only local control works without internet.
Recalls
We found no U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls of this brand’s home-backup products since 2021, as of October 2026.
What a Colorado homeowner should know
- The E10 is the only system in this group sold with a matching fuel generator (Smart Generator 5500, runs on gas, natural gas or propane) that the app manages. It is aimed at multi-day outages.
- The E10 battery warranty is unusually specific: 5 years or 15 MWh, with at least 60% capacity retained. Most portable-station warranties make no capacity promise.
- No CPSC recall was found for SOLIX home-backup stations. Anker's 2025 power-bank recalls and the 2024 EverFrost cooler recall involved other products.
