EcoFlow has the widest range, from plug-in stations to the installed DELTA Pro Ultra X whole-home system. The DELTA Pro 3 is the simplest 240 V option for a well pump or transfer switch. Note that it won't charge below freezing, so keep it inside.

Warranty

5 years each on the DELTA Pro 3, DELTA Pro Ultra inverter, DELTA Pro Ultra X inverter and DELTA 3 Plus. Smart Home Panel 2 and 3 get 10 years; the original Smart Home Panel gets 3 years. The DELTA Pro 3 product page describes its warranty as 3 years plus 2 more with app registration. The policy table lists 5 years with no registration extension, so the two EcoFlow pages disagree. Coverage requires purchase from EcoFlow or an authorized seller, use in the U.S., and proof of purchase. Service is mail-in. The policy states no capacity-retention or throughput guarantee, and normal battery wear is excluded. A June 8–July 3, 2026 promotion added a 6th year on DELTA Pro Ultra X bundles.

Altitude

DELTA Pro Ultra user manual: 'Altitude ≤3,000 m (9,842 ft.)' for both the inverter and the battery. That limit is below the elevation of some Colorado mountain towns, such as Leadville (about 10,150 ft). No altitude rating was found for the DELTA Pro 3 (its manual does not mention altitude) or for the DELTA Pro Ultra X spec page.

Cold weather

DELTA Pro 3: discharge -10 to 45°C (14–113°F), charge 0 to 45°C (32–113°F). DELTA Pro Ultra: charge and discharge both -20 to 45°C (-4 to 113°F). Its battery self-heats below 0°C (32°F), and charge heating needs at least 250 W of input. DELTA Pro Ultra X: battery -20 to 45°C (-4 to 113°F), inverter -20 to 50°C. Its batteries heat themselves in extreme cold so they can charge.

Monitoring and the app

EcoFlow app over Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) and Bluetooth; the DELTA Pro 3 also has CAN. Off-grid: the DELTA Pro 3 manual says that when Wi-Fi is limited you can manage the unit locally over Bluetooth, so basic control works without internet. Remote monitoring needs internet.

Recalls

2025-10-09: EcoFlow DELTA Max 2000 Power Station (model EFD310); about 25,030 units sold July 2022–May 2025. Hazard: Units can overheat and ignite, creating a risk of serious burns and fire. CPSC notice
